Early in her career, Gena provided patient care as a nurse at Boston Childrens Hospital. She later joined a consulting firm where she provided strategic guidance to numerous hospitals and hospital leadership. Leveraging her clinical experience and business background, Gena returned to Boston Childrens and currently oversees multiple services and the operations of the Simulator Program. Program Manager Heather Hallgren is a Program Manager for Boston Childrens Hospital Simulator Program.
